Does Net Wright monitor the quality of my connection?

No, due to the nature of DSL your ISP is unable to assure line quality over DSL. If you have concerns about line quality you will need to call
Qwest.

Does Net Wright offer DSL in combination with other services?

Yes. Customers of Dedicated High Speed access (ATM, Frame Relay, Lease Line) may also add DSL accounts at no cost or a discounted cost based on the purchased service and the total contracted commitment.

Net Wright is also making limited availability of hosted PBX services in conjunction
with DSL. Call for details on these programs.

What speeds are available?

The default speed is 1.5Mbps download and 1Mbps upload, However the speed is not assured. It’s a best effort based on the quality of the Qwest line to your location.

Is this a Net Wright or a Qwest service?

It’s a combination of both! Qwest provides the DSL line, but you still need to choose an ISP so that you can connect to the internet. Because it’s both there are financial pieces from both Qwest and your ISP.

Because there are many speeds and Qwest frequently has promotions which Net Wright has no control over prices vary.
